Cutting Boards
Butcher Block
If your looking for a butcher block board that can handle the biggest pork butts or briskets then we’ve got you covered. Butcher block boards can be custom built to fit your area or you can buy one that we have pre built. They can be any length, width, or thickness that you prefer( we do recommend at least 1.5” thick).
We use locally sourced hard maple, cherry, and walnut for the construction of these boards. We usually router handles into these boards to make them easier to pick up and carry as we’ve built some that weigh over 25 pounds. Another option is a juice groove on the opposite side of the board as the handles to catch all your juices. We don’t install feet on our boards that way you can have a butcher block that is dual sided use. But if you would like feet it can be added remember this board can be custom built any way to fit your needs.
Each board is treated at least 5 times with a board butter that we make in house. Each board comes with two complementary 2 oz cans of this butter for reapplication as you use your board. Also included is a care instruction card with tips for protecting your board as well as our contact information if you ever need to contact us with a question or need to order more board butter.
The pictures below are three different styles of boards that we keep on hand. There is the Ruber, Strike, and Crady. Sizes vary as well as the price depending on the size of each individual board. Pricing is based on the cubic inch. If you would like a custom design get a hold of us and we can design your board on our computer program to give you a visual idea of what it could look like when finished.
